Refund policy

Merchandise

As each book and merchandise item is made to order, we do not accept returns. Refunds will only be considered if there is an error with your order, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect book. All refund requests are at our discretion.

If you believe your item is damaged or defective, please reach out to us at  shop@breakingcurses101.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide the following for our review:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

Refunds will be evaluated based on the details provided and are not guaranteed.

Important: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind or incorrect customer orders or and any reasons other than the above-mentioned issues.


 E-Book

E-books are not subject to the Return Policy of printed books and merchandise. Refunds for e-books are only granted if technical issues prevent access and cannot be resolved.
